The stealth armor was supposed to appear in endgame. One of the ideas that was dropped was Tony going with Rocket and Thor to Asgard. He’d fight Heimdall in stealth armor while trying to keep the dark elves at bay to buy Thor and Rocket Time.

So, I know her first appearance was 3 years afterwards, but I feel like Harley should have been Ironheart. Have her meet Tony here, and it would give way more precedent to her being essentially his successor.

Tony treating Ironman like a person makes me think of how the comics version originally treated Ironman as a separate individual. As opposed to the openness of the MCU version of Tony.
