i still dont understand why somebody would spend money on a pro controller for xbox when the powe a enhanced exists

I feel like I’m the only person in the world to have gotten a great Elite Series 2 controller. Zero stick drift and it’s basically always great. I’ve had it for 3 years.

They made this controller for me, I play at 120fps on a monitor with my ps5, and my controller always plugged in for latency. And also on pc I speedrun games, but making my profiles on the ps5 or paying 5$ doesn’t really seem that bad even though it’s aggravating. The stick drift situation is still shitty tho

Among the Pools of shitty "Pro controllers" right now, this one is the best, Idk why but the whole industry are really shitting with their controller right now. The absolute best controller in term of Reliability and Durability is Still the standard Dualshock 4 from 2016. What a disappointment for the whole industry.

how do you use this on pc on cod? when i use a ps5 controller in cod on pc, the trigger vibration keeps resisting me and it is crazy annoying. i did turn off vibration in cod settings but that didnt turn off the trigger haptics.

Mine broke after 2 seeks - back paddle broke/got stuck. Sounds like this is a real issue affecting a lot of people. Wish I'd known before spending so much money!

If you are playing games and thats a thing you spend a lot of time on, and being able to tweak things gives you a better experience.. then go for it. That’s how I look it at. Look if I buy tools I could also get the job done with some cheap ass tools! But using tools that are a little more expensive and have a better longevity makes using them more enjoyable😅 if it enhances your time go for it! Are they to expensive?? Absolutely! Would 150 be a more reasonable price? Absolutely! But there is nothing we can do about it! And the alternative is even more expensive.. if you want them but find them to expensive, just wait for a sale and buy them for a better price! But dont let other people tell you what you should buy.. if its more enjoyable for you thats all that matters! What someone else thinks about that isn’t.. you spend the time! They are not.

I was about to be pissed when I seen the extra stick in your case.. I was like mine didn’t come with a 3rd extra stick module. Then I read the manual says it’s sold separately 😂😂

Not perfect , the leather is coming off the controller over time and it gets yellowish and dirty

I want to know why you need software to remap any paddles? Battle Beaver, Scuff, Mega Modz, Evil controller, all came up with solutions to remap a paddle on the fly. Even the Playstation 4 controller is PC compatible and you can add the paddle attachment. But for PS to come out with an elite pro style controller for $200 and it not work on PC is unacceptable and tells they are about PS5 ecosystem and gave us fu* you to pc players.

I have smaller hands so I prefer the buttons ,also the buttons give nice pushback to you know your hitting it . the paddles just feel like air.

I like the being able to programming the controller itself . I have a serious issue with L3 and R3, constantly triggering them while moving/aiming/etc so dependant on the game I just put them on the back buttons.

had it like a month , already starting to drift , probobly replace left stick.

I hate the fact that it's known there are much better ways to make a joystick that don't have drift issues . but Playstation says fuck us.(they must of bought like a billion sticks and are just trying to get rid of em hah)

I use the domes for my controller because the paddles are too easy to press for on the couch gaming

I like the controller but it's too heavy and it causes my wrists to hurt after 30-45mins of playing. Other than that it's pretty good. I don't have that issue with the regular PS5 controller.

The half domes are the nicest feeling back buttons I've ever used. The paddles feel good but they are just way too easy to actuate by accident. It takes very little force

after using the edge for a lot of hours mainly only on pc I would say it's really good if you don't care about the battery life also I don't use the back paddles or buttons I know it sounds stupid buying this controller but I think it's worth it for me I used to have stick drift controllers every 3-5 months and I had to either buy a new controller or fix and both options are really expensive in my country and I was already use to playing with regular dualsense so the dualsense edge was my best option also I love the high dome joystick but they aren't as high as using high kontrolfreeks, besides that I think that the edge is a really good controller if you already play with the regular dualsense and you have constant stick drift issues(Also I heard gulikit is trying to make a hall joystick for the edge so that also was one the factors that make me buy the edge)

For pc i go for series customs from battle beaver, i might be getting this for my ps5 though bc i dont feel like having to cash out for multiple rollers when i only use my

Tbh, the scuf reflex is the most overrated controller ever. Actually, all scuf controllers are overrated. Why? because there are better options. Take the scuf Xbox controller for example, it starts at $180 (I think) and that price can increase by upgrades, and you're getting trigger stops, back paddles, your own custom design on the controller, and swappable thumbsticks, all that for $200.

Then, there's the scuf ps5 controller, it starts at $200 (i think) and again, that price can increase due to upgrades, you're getting instant triggers, 4 back paddles, your own design, and swappable thumbsticks, all that for $200 or even $300 dollars.

For the scuf Xbox controller, there is a better, cheaper alternative from xbox itself and it's the Elite series 2. It has trigger stops, 4 back paddles, swappable thumbsticks and d-pad, and you can adjust the tension of the thumbsticks. It's from Xbox so it has first-party software which is better than third-party software. And, you can get it for $177. You also get a carrying case that can fit everything, that includes the controller, and the accessories like the charging cable, thumbsticks etc.

Same goes for the ps5, there is a better, cheaper alternative from PlayStation and it's the dual sense edge which is the controller in this video. It has trigger stops, 2 back buttons which can be a paddle or half dooms, swappable thumbsticks, and swappable joystick modules. If you experience stick drift, you can simply swap them out instead of buying a new one. Like the elite series 2, it comes with a carrying case that can fit everything in, that includes the controller, and the accessories like the charging cable, thumbsticks etc.

So in conclusion, scuf is just an overpriced controller modding company and you shouldn't buy it, just get the pro controllers from Xbox or PlayStation. It's also cheaper than scuf.

When you describe the sticks on the edge as "nimble" you are so spot on and this is the point most other reviewers never get, they cant feel the difference between the sticks on a elite and the edge.

If only it had 4 rear buttons and the same battery life like the elite 2.

Rancher have the elite series 2 tbh. Quality may be worse or on par but battery life is like 40 hours 😂. Paddles feel way better. Support for pc is great. It’s also a little cheaper so that’s a win win🎉

I bought an edge and returned my original ps5 controller in the edge box because Sony should be giving this controller out with ps5

Ive been using for 2 months and honestly i get minimhm 6 hours before the battery die and i play nearly every day

Only thing that annoys me is lack of support on pc games still. No pc software to change stuff on the controller like u can on ps5 because Sony is anti pc and that the second trigger stop feels the exact same as the last one I’m sure there’s like no difference between them.
