"Please do it all once in 20 min!" - Since I've been injured, I've been allowed to do "Home Only" workouts, so I'm excited to share my first Pilates workout of my own with you, girls! ♥︎

In these 20 minutes we work on our upper and lower body without equipment. The focus here is on the core as we try to keep the core strong and tense with each exercise.

Watch your breathing and enjoy these 20 minutes of low impact but great output :D
