In this video, I break down my top three favorite option trading strategies for generating consistently month cash flow.

Strategy 1: Spread Trading
My third favorite strategy involves using spreads. One example is the the iron condor. Watch as I explain how this option position works, using a real example from Costco. By strategically selling and buying options, you can pocket premiums while having a wide margin of error, making spreads a great choice for generating consistent monthly cash flow.

Strategy 2: Covered Calls
My second favorite strategy is selling covered calls, a powerful technique for owners of at least 100 shares of a stock. Learn how to structure covered calls for consistent monthly cash flow and even benefit from dividends. Check out real examples from my small option trading account on lower-priced stocks like CAG, Campbell Soup, and Verizon.

Strategy 3: Cash-Secured Put Options
The third strategy involves selling cash-secured put options or bullish put credit spreads. I'll share three examples – GILD, AMGN, and CME – showcasing how selling put options against stocks you like can lead to significant cash flow. Dive into the details of my trades and understand the average profits over the past few years from selling puts in these stocks. This will give you a clear picture of the potential earnings from selling put options.
