Can you use a to high battery on impact tool. Say been using 5.0 and you charge to a 8.0. Will it damage the tool.

I see it less as a "what can it do" and more as a "it effortlessly takes out bolts tightened to 1200ftlbs, even if theyre a bit rusty"

i didn't want 3/4 anvils. i want a 1/2 gun that will spin a 1 inch gun backward.

Very impressive, I just wonder about the isolator in long term use. All that movement over time will really create some additiona slop and at what point does it wear out the slop isolation. Seems like it maybe should have the slop isolator gasket replaceable.... I'd actually like to see the old 6.0 vs. the new 6.0. I'm shocked they keep selling it with the 5.0, but I guess it is a small battery that performs relatively well.

Buddy... so I recently found your channel and here I am trying to make a choice on Milwaukee... i CANNOT FATHOM that people here ACTUALLY believe you are using a chynese "torque drill thingy" and setting bolt torque to nearly THREE THOUSAND FT LBS OF TORQUE.

THIS IS A SCAM FOLKS. There is no way on Gods green earth that you are setting bolt torque with a hand drill thingy-mabober. FOLKS... IF YOU'VE EVER SEEN A 3000LB TORQUE WRENCH YOU WOULD KNOW IT IS SHOCKINGLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THIS WITH SOME DINK chynese DRILL TORQUE SETTER THINGY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, this guy is getting MEGA PAID to LIE for Milwaukee and the sheep are here LAPPING UP THEIR MILK AND BEHAVING. WOWWWWW.....🤘🇺🇸🧂

It definitely seems like it gets more powerful as the battery starts warming up. When first paired with with 6 amp, At 2100 ft lbs it struggled a little then at 2200 ft lbs it kicked in

If I buy one of these, it will be the 3/4. I don't see much reason to have a 1/2. Inch high torque impact.

Would be great to see a real life side by side to see how well how the previous model stacks up or if it is completely inferior to the new model. Will the new Forge batteries work with older models? I actually own the previous model and it has never let me down.

as a heavy truck tech, ive used the two previous versions of these guns professionally, they work just fine for what i need, but after my experience with the last one, im gonna wait until this one comes out in 3/4" drive, i usually break my 33mm socket every few month thanks to it and the snap on guy rarely has them on the truck, so i end up sourcing them from cheapo locations and they hold up for a couple of wheel jobs at best, im hoping that by jumping up in drive size, breaking sockets will be less of a thing.

In order to get an accurate test each one must be retorqued prior to the start of the test (after the first one) due to the continuous
Vibration from the nut next to it being so close. This test is far from accurate.
