What a beast of a gun! Paired with that Mk211 especially!
ОтветитьThis power is something else. Just sick😮
ОтветитьI like the music man, good to see you guys back at it
ОтветитьIf america was to fight on its own soil, god forgive the mofo that would try, I see diy Home Depot technicals with mounted .50s or what Ever is under the bed. But with v10s, diesels, not a 90 hp hilux from 1985, because this is America.
Ответитьreally wierd gun
ОтветитьCould 50 caliber slap be used by Ukraine to stop Russia tanks? Seems like it goes through two inches
ОтветитьThe IMI round was a big fail😅😅😅
ОтветитьI think those screws actually absorbed a lot of the impact! Would be very interesting to see a penetration video of a solid 2 inch ti plate and a 1 + 1 with screws.
ОтветитьNo clue wich bullet they shot
Ответить2*1" plates should be stronger but really its marginal but it makes no difference against slap cause its tungsten penetrator.. It will make difference with regular FMG rounds
ОтветитьAfter 53 years as an Aerospace Tool and Die Maker IMHO, the two one inch plates would be much stronger than a single two inch plate. The reason being each of the one inch plates has a super hard "Skin" of condensed Titanium on each side of EACH plate, meaning the round must puncture this skin 4 times instead of puncturing this skin twice on the 2" plate. After machining tons of Titanium during my career, once you cut through the "Skin" this inner virgin material machines more like Aluminum than Nickel Based Alloys like Inconel. As always, I love your content and we will see if the 50 Cal. is up to the task at hand! Earl Harrell
ОтветитьHow much is that titanium worth?
ОтветитьThis test is not fair, shoulda used new bolts, the plates separating makes a big difference.
ОтветитьSeparation. Is harder, because for the second plate you’re hitting it at a lower velocity.
ОтветитьThe difference between two plates together or one thick plate I think the difference depends on the round for how noticeable the differences would be if the round is overpowered it would go through both but if it's just strong enough to go through one but not the other then you could tell the difference but the difference in strength in my mind would be minimal
ОтветитьWill you try this test with thicker plates
ОтветитьYou guy are awesome! Thanks for the bad @$$ videos.
Ответитьfor the algorithm.
ОтветитьToafladermouse already proofed clapping stuff down not going to change nothing 😂
ОтветитьJust do it! 🤣
ОтветитьI wish I had your mill.
ОтветитьThem SLAP rounds would look great up close in Super Slomo. Look like a hot knife through butter 👍👍🇭🇲🇺🇸
ОтветитьDidn’t know SLAP rounds are more powerful than Raufoss rounds 👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьДавно смотрю Вас. Ещё со времен Зебры)))). Процветания вашему каналу!
ОтветитьWhat’s wrong with your hair 😂😂😂 I’m jk brother love y’all
ОтветитьЗёбра переводи, так не интересно.
ОтветитьA tip for next time use grade 8’bolts they will not stretch! As always awesome video guys!
ОтветитьWonder what would happen with an incendiary round titanium is flammable
ОтветитьWell naval armor back in the day always went for 1 solid plate instead of multiple plates put together. If the military chose the harder task of getting solid slabs of steel over the easy way of bolting or welding thinner plates I think that speaks for itself on if a solid or two separate pieces are stronger
Ответитьvery good shooting, every shot hit the plate.
ОтветитьIf you spaced the plates apart, it would increase the resistance to penetration.
ОтветитьMan I really like your channel because not only you're gun contact but also the fact that you constantly reply to new and old users on new and old videos and constant feedback to your fans you should have more subscribers and you answer some of my burning questions I've had about well a lot of stuff like I always wanted to see what happened if you put inches of titanium and without it moving against slap rounds I was thinking to myself will it go through will it not I couldn't know the answer cuz it's way too expensive for me to afford
ОтветитьMight be way too much to ask for but I would love to see two and a quarter inch of titanium versus slap rounds I know titanium and slap rounds are pretty expensive
ОтветитьThe dual plating is probably stronger because the bullet loses momentum twice, and the first plate reduces a lot of the moment.
So the whole plate would be weaker because the bullet would lose momentum at a more constant rate.
Now have seen the whole video, i'm not too sure dual plating in stronger.
So I can shoot through two brackets 2 in of titanium and then slam into the plexiglass behind it
ОтветитьHe should shoot a ballistic dummy with the slap rounds
ОтветитьNice shots
ОтветитьWell I guess it's true what they say you can't trust everything you see on some gun channels I hate it when people lie through their teeth about results I know the titanium is basically invincible it's the metal of the gods and it can't be touched it's too strong I've seen a legit video or a guy shot a 20 mm Vulcan minigun and it didn't even go half an inch in that's how tough real titanium is whatever this was was obviously fake there is no metal on the whole earth that is stronger than titanium
ОтветитьLaughs in marvin heemeyer “you have no power here Gandalf the grey”
ОтветитьIs there anything that stops slap rounds
ОтветитьHi guys,I was in the royal air force UK back in 75 to 87 and my personal weapon was the s.l.r. which I liked ,have you ever fired it. We also used a g.p.m.g. or gimpy and the sound of the ma deuce when you cock it is wonderful, keep up the good work .I have subscribed.
Ответитьdo yall know anything about some special 5.56 rounds being able to penetrate hard plates? Especially ceramic and hardened steel.
Ответитьsuper interesting!!
Ответитьi‘seen some videos of this channel and i love them. The only problem is that u speak very much and kinda slow so it takes like ages between the shots. Again i love ur videos and do not change anything if it’s only me with this problem cause then it is mine not urs😂.
ОтветитьI wanna see the damage it did to the car 😆
ОтветитьTo force your way through something that solid and hardened, in hardly even a fraction of a second, and in such a tiny, pinnacle spot... (you could literally pound on those plates for a week with a pick axe or the like, and still not get through). And just like that... The physics of it all just really blows me away!
ОтветитьWhat no spotter tracer????
ОтветитьSLAPs are scary.
