Imagine being a hollywood superstar like Jim Carrey or George Clooney, and you couldnt even afford this apartment.
ОтветитьThis screams new money all over, including your Tom Ford jacket...
Ответитьhow many aprts have been sold?
ОтветитьI like my apartment better. Its cozy and i can see mountains.
ОтветитьAwful
ОтветитьSucker born everyday !
ОтветитьVery average. I've seen better.
ОтветитьJust a large plastic box how boring not worth the price of a luxury shed people are nuts to want to pay that amount!!!
ОтветитьAnd you get stuck in the elevators on windy days for freeeee!
ОтветитьRyan you inow the interior design was very Wednesday market, carboot sale, cheapskate, tacky lacky a name droppy pile of garbage. Oy vey I had my say. 😂
ОтветитьTime to listen to all the haters
ОтветитьEven with 170m , if it’s in manhattan you are within 5 miles (or a short 10-15 min train ride) from about a dozen different ghettos and the people from those ghettos come and loot and steal and kill without any policing . It’s simply not safe.
ОтветитьFor anyone doubting, THIS is happiness. If you buy this apartment, you will be happy, and you’ll always stay that way. No more problems will ever come your way, and the plights of squalid people below you will be so far away, they’ll never cross your mind. God will smile upon you each day, not that He exists. You should jump at this chance if you can, and weep every day for the rest of your life if you can’t. Until next week meet, fellow dreamers.

this guy is cringe
ОтветитьSchrecklig
ОтветитьIt sold for $87,660,898 in the end. The highest priced sold unit so far is unit 92 (four floors down with more beds) for $91,125,497.
ОтветитьI'd never buy my $100m+ real estate from a guy wearing a jacket like that
ОтветитьThis is the most disconcerting music I have ever heard used over a house tour lol! It made me nervous the whole time
ОтветитьSome nice Gucci parachutes would be good. Just in case.
ОтветитьThere are 4 visible "floors" above this, the 85th, according to drawings. They just call this the 96th because New York developers? It's supposedly quite loud in there during a storm when it starts swaying and fighting the sway. I'd have to stay a stormy night there before signing the contract 😀Love how you can see so much in all directions. 396 meters or so is tremendous. I bet you can see planes landing at Newark as well. With so much cost invested in the interior already, you need to be in the market for a plug and play home. Making it suit your personal style would undo a lot of the investment made, also by the buyer.
ОтветитьI would NEVER live that high!
ОтветитьI'm a woodworker, and i make custom boxes. I charge between $100 and $200. I have to find out how i can charge almost 200 million for a custom box
Ответитьwow, the interior of this house is so ugly!!!!
ОтветитьOh yea this is the skyscraper that sways with the wind and makes creaking noises. I’ll pass on this one
ОтветитьThe house has amazing views. I simply love the library. Adore the bathroom.Maybe I would choose different colors for the living room. Awesome pent.
ОтветитьRyan: This magnificent, never lived-in apartment, is suitable only for the Ultra Rich. Even the living room carpet, which was specifically tailored for this Penthouse, would satisfy the most demanding buyer. It was designed, delivered, and installed by white glove service and has never been stepped on....ehhhh, scratch that....
The seller: Damn it! Now we have to refurnish the entire floor. Oh, wait. THIS WHOLE PLACE IS AN ENTIRE FLOOR!!! Why? WHYYYY??? AAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are the worst apartments in NYC. Thry have zero value.
ОтветитьMoney grab!!!!! Nobody lives here because it’s a shitty building. This real estate agent really thinks he’s selling something! 😂😂
ОтветитьThe developper is being sued for many issues in this buiding
ОтветитьImagine bringing back to life the Astors and Vanderbilts of the gilded age and showing them how their land looks like now and there’s this gem as the centerpiece like I wanna see their faces
ОтветитьWho else thinks they don't want to be 96 floors up in NYC.
ОтветитьIs there a balcony? Gym? Cinema room?
ОтветитьWhat I like most about this apartment is it's owner like all the others in the building is suing the builders for all the life threatening corners they cut putting up this overpriced deadly jenga tower. Not to mention this joke of a realtor who has the morals of the average garden snake in the Adam/Eve story book.
ОтветитьNothing wows me except looking out
ОтветитьWhen I see how insanely tall this building is, I cannot stop thinking of the movie the Towering Inferno. I would rather buy a really nice Townhouse or an apartment with a terrace at least.
ОтветитьFRM
ОтветитьColumn free tower all the structure is in the core just like the world trade centers. 🫣
ОтветитьSorry, dude. Price is 167m above fair value.
ОтветитьLiving that high up would scare the shit out of me.
ОтветитьIs there a track name for the background music?
ОтветитьPoor guy has to pretend to this this is fabulous!
ОтветитьThat crap is abismal!!!! Hideous!!! Good luck trying to get a fraction of the asking price! No one with any taste would ever! Ghastly!
ОтветитьI would never pay more than 15 million dollars for this place!!
ОтветитьIt’s important to know your investment goals and what sort of returns you aim for. It is easy to find constant low risk investments options that keep up with or slightly pass inflation, but anything above that comes at the cost of more risk. Are you a fundamental or technical guy? Day trader, swing trader, buy and hold? Are you willing to take safer lower investment income over riskier higher income? Do you believe in market indicators? Can you recognize if you are trading out of greed, or if you are trading with a plan and purpose with stops put in place? That all takes time to learn and we all know that the economy and the markets are not the same thing.
ОтветитьCRAZY MONEY! YOU’RE PIG! 🐷
ОтветитьThe building is plagued with well documented problems, some serious.
ОтветитьCold and void of personality.
ОтветитьAll this is full of problems, according to residents in the press
ОтветитьToo bad the building is falling apart.
