Even with 170m , if it’s in manhattan you are within 5 miles (or a short 10-15 min train ride) from about a dozen different ghettos and the people from those ghettos come and loot and steal and kill without any policing . It’s simply not safe.

For anyone doubting, THIS is happiness. If you buy this apartment, you will be happy, and you’ll always stay that way. No more problems will ever come your way, and the plights of squalid people below you will be so far away, they’ll never cross your mind. God will smile upon you each day, not that He exists. There are 4 visible "floors" above this, the 85th, according to drawings. They just call this the 96th because New York developers? It's supposedly quite loud in there during a storm when it starts swaying and fighting the sway. I'd have to stay a stormy night there before signing the contract 😀Love how you can see so much in all directions. 396 meters or so is tremendous. I bet you can see planes landing at Newark as well. With so much cost invested in the interior already, you need to be in the market for a plug and play home. Making it suit your personal style would undo a lot of the investment made, also by the buyer.

What I like most about this apartment is it's owner like all the others in the building is suing the builders for all the life threatening corners they cut putting up this overpriced deadly jenga tower. Not to mention this joke of a realtor who has the morals of the average garden snake in the Adam/Eve story book.

Nothing wows me except looking out

When I see how insanely tall this building is, I cannot stop thinking of the movie the Towering Inferno. I would rather buy a really nice Townhouse or an apartment with a terrace at least.
