I had two challenges that I faced: first, with the frying of the dumplings, because they tend to stick to each other and even to the spatula, so I was wondering what kind of material should the spatula be so they wouldn't stick. The other challenge that I had was that they tend to break, so I'm going to try to wrap a second sheet of paper and see how that goes! Thank you again! ❤😊

ОтветитьThank you for this recipe. You mention that the rice paper dumplings are not good cold. I like to take leftover rice paper dumplings, slice them up, refry them in a pan and add scrambled eggs. A great breakfast

ОтветитьI tried as well, with different filling but mines just opened, and sticked to the pan. I had more oil and also used Tefal pan. What s the reason? I rolled it in one rice paper. Might that be the cause or i moist them too much? Anybody any idea? Thank you
