On the Jackie John's case:
Mr Carnahan, hold that tear while I fetch a vial yeah? 😄
... And I've gotta say, watching sheriff McNiel speaking made me so uncomfortable! It seemed like he was ready to pop with every breath, as if he was holding back the rankest belch of his life that would ultimately give him a heart attack. I would hate to see the numbers on his physical, yeesh!

I don’t understand how people can sit with the knowledge that a person they know killed somebody! It’s so cruel for everyone who loves that person.

There’s a lot of talk about ethical true crime and what that means. This show simply focuses on the victims and I think that’s the key. Their families are all together, remembering them. The police have enough time to realize their ignorance and misstep through DNA, and it shows them confronting a lot of prejudices that kept the case from progressing in the first place. DNA dgaf about small town politics, or being the mayors son. If any justice exists at all, this show presents it in a way that has us remember the ppl we’ve lost.

Im pretty sure second hand smoke is an issue. And if you happen to live in a multi unit dwelling, like an apartment building, as an example and there is a concentration of active fentanyl use in the same building. I believe that people are able to absorb these noxious fumes in to there system. I know people who have tested positive in a urinalysis or blood work that do not use fentanyl but just by being exposed to the second hand smoke it’s been absorbed into there systems. I myself have experienced contact hi in this manner, (minus the hi) puking my guts out and feeling horrible. Then after waking up from suddenly feeling sleepy and falling asleep for almost 24 hours, not remembering why I was there in the first place once I woke up and felt well enough to stay awake but experiencing memory loss. I’m very concerned, now living in the same apartment building for almost thirteen years and where at least 6-7 +? of those years being constantly exposed to these fumes, because that’s the drug of choice now and there’s a concentration of fentanyl drug use in the building I live in. Also with tenants ( my neighbours) guests, or people that do not live here that come to buy drugs, stay and use them or just come here to get hi at another addicts place or in the common areas, it leeches throughout the vents and in to the hallways, out windows and backdrafts back into open windows in to other units, through the floors and drywall. All summer the ventilation system that cools the common areas in the winter have been shut down, causing the air in the building to sit heavy and stagnant has really been a thought lately. With no air intake or out, I feel like were breathing in old recycled contaminated air and it seems to happen here every summer, the ventilation system seems to break down needing to be repaired, always when it’s hot. This year they didn’t even have anyone come out to service it or repair it, which was what was explained to me when I called my landlord back in May or June when it started to get hot and I noticed it was not on. Anyway, I’m very concerned at what this is doing at a metabolic level. They have discovered that living in close proximity to a Dry Cleaning Business does metabolically expose you to dry cleaning solvents, which have been shown to cause Parkinson’s Disease. They have tested food items from Grocery stores that are also in close proximity to a Dry Cleaning Business and have found that these dry cleaning solvents leech into the food items just from the air. People that live above a dry cleaning business have tested positive for exposure to these solvents, not to mention the ones getting there clothes cleaned by these chemicals when they now wear items that were dry cleaned. Why would it not be the same concern for this "chemical?“ Nobody is looking in ti this issue either. Where is the safety concern for people that are aware or are unknowingly being exposed to this on a daily basis, people who choose not to do this horrible substance. I would also like to add that this substance (fentanyl) that people are abusing outside of a medical environment, (on the street) this is not the same thing that you would be getting from a doctor or in hospital. This stuff is made in a lab or someone’s garage, or it’s car fentanyl which is so much more potent and all that more deadly, not to mention the stuff that it’s being cut with that’s causing users to get ulcers and sores on there skin that turn into flesh eating disease. Have you ever witnessed a person smoking fentanyl? Most times it’s on a piece of foil and when there burning it so that it smokes they will use a straw to inhale that smoke, missing half of that smoke as they inhale it. That smoke goes un ingested up into the environment, this is not second hand smoke this is the same smoke that is meant to be ingested and is not, where does that smoke then go?
