This video is amusing to me because me and my son have watched you for YEARS! and I always joked about your cuts looking like they were done on a CNC even tho I watched you cut the wood etc. This will be a interesting series to watch, We look forward to your videos. back way many many moons ago before CNC Routers I was taking Machine tooling at votech... Like 92 -94 (I know I am old I feel it almost as bad as you we had a Bridgeport CnC Mill. We used that same type of sign material back then. We cut them into license plate sizes and would make custom made plates for people year around as a fund raiser. Of course the Machine was owned by the school because no way in hell we could of every made a profit with a $50K cnc selling at 6 bucks a plate. Man that was a few years ago but that is how long that Material has been around. But Maybe it will give a few ideas to some folks with a cnc.
