The Landrie's have been disgusting throughout this whole thing. They have acted so cold about Gabby being "gone". I have no doubt they knew what happened to Gabby before Brian even made it home. They went ahead and got the lawyer and then more hell broke loose and we saw that Brian was a coward. The Landrie's belong in jail for a very long time and that lawyer should be charged as well from withholding information. Gabby Petito being murdered shattered my heart. It was like I knew this young woman. I hope that there will be justice for her family and friends. ❤

The parents are absolutely responsible for weeks of unnecessary heartache and millions in government funding that the search for both Gabby and Brian cost when they knew exactly where both of these young people were!

The whole situation is horrible. But Brians parents made a horrible decision in not being forthcomming about Gabby and her whereabouts. The trouble their son was in was his own doing and they had a moral obligation to report to the police about what they knew. That puke of a lawyer with his smug. Superior face and attitude ought to have his a## kicked for his behavior and for allowing that family to evade the law. He deserves to be slapped with aiding and abetting, obstruction of justice, interfering in a polce investigation, causing police resources to be wasted at taxpayer expense. All for his spiteful and self satisfied need to be a disgtace to his profession. The parents are abismal but he is a low rent piece of shite.

They should all go to jail…. I wonder how they would have felt if the shoe was on the other foot and it was their own son who went missing and was later found murdered and the people who knew the truth tried to lie about it. What a disgrace. Rest In Peace Gabby.

I'd love to see the laundries f o r c e d to pay damages to the p e t i t o family. But what I don't understand is, why are they being charged with a crime? Hampering investigation and accessory after the fact. The whole nation was looking for Gabby and they knew she was dead and approximately where her body lie. It's a crime to lie to police, the FBI the civil lawsuit is for the emotional damage they did

If your son goes on a trip alone with his gf and then turns up saying she's "gone" and that he needs a lawyer, you know damn well he killed her. No one is buying that they didn't know.

To commit a crime like this by her fiancé is toxic - and for his parents to know and not tell others is toxic. This will infiltrate every area of your life and you can not be free until you come clean. The state of Florida may not be prosecuting the parents for hiding a fugitive -but I am sure every day they are reminded of it. His sister must have felt and knew something was going on as well when she met them at the campground before he fled. How could she not. It is sad all around.

If any one of my kids called me and said X is gone and they need a lawyer I would immediately suspect bad gone and ask them. Not just oh OK, and get on with life.

We don't need to wonder why Brian was the way he was. This case makes me feel so ill. I dated someone like him when i was in my early 20s and I realize that I could have ended up the same way as Gabby.

These parents need to be held accountable to the full extent of the law. They obviously knew that Gabby was dead and were covering and buying their son time. It is questionable as to what they thought they were buying him time for tho. Was it time to get him out of the country or to get to spend some last moments with his family? To this day I still believe that Brian laundrie was actually killed by his parents and they dumped his body in swamp to I guess mess up his body and make it look like he ended his life. So that they wouldn’t have to go to court or see their son in prison I think they plan to kill Brian after he confesses to killing Gabby so they put his body in the swamp because if they killed them in the house neighbors would here a gunshot and called the police and not have time to make it look like a suicide so they did in the swamp so if anybody heard the gunshots they would think it was hunters

I'm guessing the reason Laundrie turned out to be a self-centred killer is because his parents catered to him his whole life. He was probably the golden boy who could do no wrong, and they never made him accountable for anything he did. Why else would he kill someone, then call them? Because he knew they'd find a way to excuse his bad behaviour.
