i notice this is ep 56 of bows only but the playlist only has 51 vids

so i found one rondom bows only of you're wideo and after that I watched all the episode in on week from Monday and I really don't want this series to finish to soon but every good thing has an end so I know its not the last ep but idk if there will be lacking of content

The amount of progress this account has made still shocks me. Honestly all the "___Only" accounts were the only reason I still played Genshin at the time. ♡

congrats deelo! completed floor 12 (and also 36 starred) before even i did! (then again, i only really build pyro electro and anemo characters so i never get far in abyss due to a lack of variety..)

As someone who basically has a bows only account (not really I just main bow characters lol), for this Abyss I personally used Yelan hyperbloom 1st and Yoimiya mono pyro 2nd half because of the ice shield of Copellius. Maybe Yelan, Fischl, Collei, Tartaglia (for particles + HP) and Yoimiya, Amber (4pc Noblesse) or Lyney (some have him on 4pc Crimson, I have him on 4pc Wanderers), Venti, Diona (for shield + heal) could be something? But yeah, this season of Abyss is very hurtful without a healer, it would be a lot easier if we had another bow healer, I'm waiting for it too. Used to be hopeful for Mika to be a bow user lol :D

Holy HECK, man, CONGRATS!! I know this is not the end for the Bows-only account but it's been an incredible journey and I feel nothing but pride for how far you've taken this challenge.

I have an insane amount of recharge on my yelan, sacrificed crit and everything and can only get her burst back in 2 skills if I have xingqiu or if she stays on field (not c6....yet)

As a Yelan main and c6 haver my advice is 4 piece emblem and an ER sands since you have her weapon and want smoother rotations. It is easier to get her HP needs through subs than ER. I'm not a fan of the 2p2p builds as they seem to struggle with energy and are best suited for showcases rather than abyss (open world it doesn't matter she's OP there). Emblem boosts her burst damage based on her ER so that's a win for me. I've also run her with between 180% er and 200%. 200% was best for always having her burst but 180% has been workable in abyss with bosses

U can use a mono pyro team for lyney it will triple his damage but u could use lyney, yoimiya, venti(to group and swirl pyro) amber

idk how well it would work, but maaaaybe if u could c6 faruzan, when her skill activates by itself (i think that’s how it works) u could swirl and then proc 4pc viridescent? lmk if i’m wrong cause idk how c6 faruzan works i only have c5

I have a possible solution for your Lyney team problem!

To use Lyney to his full potential, he’s going to need more pyro characters. Which you obviously know already.

Seeing as you don’t seem too keen on using Yoimiya for her DPS capabilities and don’t appear to be using her as much, I purpose you use a support build on her for Lyney comps if you’d rather use him instead of her!

I’ll get to the point here. Her ultimate actually has support capabilities.

Her burst applies a marker to nearby enemies and any damage dealt by her teammates actually gets buffed in damage due to the applied marker. Allowing for more AOE pyro damage. (You could also possibly use this to your advantage with Yelan if you wanted! It’s good for vaporizing!)

Another thing is that it spreads from enemy to enemy during the duration of her ult. Because of this, I believe she might be capable of supporting Lyney and allowing him to activate his passive talent also.

As for the build itself if you decide to go through with this, I believe the best weapon of choice would be the Favonius Warbow due to its energy recharge and passive.

Set wise I suggest:

4 Piece Noblesse - Allows her to deal damage with her burst for better support damage, and increases attack for all party members.

4 Piece Lavawalker - Decreases Pyro resistance and allows for more Pyro damage, allowing Lyney to deal more damage to enemies.

4 Piece Emblem - Not only does it have energy recharge for its 2 piece but it increases the burst damage scaled off ER.

Team comps:

Lyney, Yoimiya

For Melt comps, I’d recommend putting both Diona and Ganyu on the team.

If you wanna take more advantage of Lyney’s passive, perhaps Amber as her baron bunny can be used as an alternative to a shield, can prevent Lyney from getting hit whilst he aims and such.

Kujou Sara’s buff can also help with damage input if you’re missing out on more of Lyney’s passive.

Venti would be a good option for 4 piece VV.

I only did some research into this so I’m not sure if anything in Yoimiya’s kit can contradict this or anything. But it doesn't hurt to give a couple of suggestions.

For a Lyney you could run him with Diana venti and a burst support yoimiya. More damage since she’s an extra pyro character for lyney's talent, more pyro applications and when a character hits an enemy marked by yoimiya burst they get an attack buff.

Now you c6 so you should go for hp circlet 🤩 more damage

You've probably heard it before, but for 9-3-1 you need to pop the thing in the middle with a Pneuma attack (so Lyney's fully charged shot while he has enough HP to drain and make a stack) to shut it down and trash the enemy buffs. The one in 9-3-2 needs an Ousia attack which does not exist on any Bow characters. In general with Lyney in Abyss you should be careful to make sure that you spend his stacks before the chamber is over so that you don't waste his HP, especially if you're trying to go without Diona (that said Diona is the right choice for you out of everything you did here).
