You know I used to hate this feature on iPhone but I do kinda like it now because I find myself spending more time with friends and family and not on my phone. It also helps me when I am doing homework. It is annoying at first lol but as I get older I get the need for it :)

Thank you for setting parental controls, when i was his age i had a phone and i was exposed to so much things. I had a app and i met someome who was wayyy older than me and we would talk all the time and they would ask me for personal
stuff .My mom set up parental controls and i still have them to this day (no appstore, allowed websites only) and it can be annoying but its better than nothing.

Landen was so happy! My family goes for Android and we get our first phone in 9th grade and it is a gabb phone which is very very very very protective and I don't have one yet.

can someone explain me why parents are so strict about their kid's like not even using the internet? i got my first phone when i was three (it was a samsung galaxy s2 in like 2012 so nothing crazy) but i never had my parents not only not put anything on my phone but not even access my phone (i'm 15 now and they don't even know my pin)

I’m normally against being super controlling of your kids and what they can and can’t do with their new phones you’ve chosen to give them, but I’ve never seen someone do this do perfectly. I love it. It shows how much you care and how important these things are to keep your kids safe. Will definitely have some barriers for when my kids get their first phones (if I have kids).
