Black Diamond

Over the last two years, Chicago woodwind collaborators Artie Black and Hunter Diamond have embarked on a journey of duo explorations, now culminating in the new recording "A Held Space" (Woolgathering Records). This is the third recording to come from Black and Diamond's musical partnership, which has developed over the past ten years. Drawing influence from jazz, improvised music, and minimalism, the duo finds melodies and moods with patience and perseverance.
