Nice video Resa, How can I send (outlook) a filtered sharepointlist for each contractor as a Excel to evaluate every record (protected ID field) added with a required field 'extend to date? or end', and update the sharepointlist accordingly when received in outlook? External people don't have access to SP365. Automation to Forms would be better but isn't possible yet.;-)

Hi Reza, thank you for this video. It was just about perfect for my project I was working on. I do have a question for you (or anyone else who has solved this): When the data is brought into the newly created Excel file (based on the template I have), it formats the Excel table with the default formatting. This does not look good or even fit with the rest of the template I have created. Is there a way of either a) pre-formatting an Excel table and inserting my data into that table, or b) formatting the table as it gets created inside my file? Thank you!

Hello! Is this tutorial useful to extrapolate to a "post a choice of options as flow bot" response data?

What I mean is: I want to send a "choice of options as flow bot" to multiple users, the end-users will respond either yes or no and add a comment, when they click the option and send the response, their choice of options plus comment will show in the output data of the flow, so my question is, is there a way to create a next step or manually extracting that data of the end-users to an excel sheet or a database within Power Automate?

This might be what I'm looking for. Question, if you update that Sharepoint list of items, does it create an entirely new worksheet with all the updated information? Or does it tag on additional rows to the current existing worksheet? Also, when I clear the list of items on SP, will it clear what's on the excel worksheet? Or does the excel worksheet retain the info, and all new items being added to SP will carry on adding to excel?

My SP list hits the 5000 limit every 3-4 days, so I'm continuously archiving it. Trying to get it more automated so it can just go to this excel spreadsheet and setup SP to clear this folder once every 2 days essentially.

Thank you for this video! After many trial and error, I was able to automate a queried dataset and export to Excel with your steps. However, I noticed the leading zeros disappear which was the reason for the export to Excel vs CSV. Do you know how the leading zeros can be retained? The queried data has leading zeros as a text format. Many thanks.
