Thanks for this video Reza! really useful for me finishing off a system I've been working on recently! this should help future proof by letting me archive SharePoint list every 6 or 12 months so every day to day search isnt looking through years worth of items!!
ОтветитьThank you very much and kudos to you for crediting John Liu 😊

ОтветитьHi Reza, all your videos are very helpful. Is it possible to export data from multiple collections to different sheets in the same excel ? If so, how to achieve that?
Ответитьbut how can i add a row to a table and select the sharepoint library location. Currently i cant see my sharepoint list in the dropdown of "Add a row to a table" action. One drive will work but the excel file will be in my one drive and not user's one drive. Give me the solution please!

ОтветитьHi Reza, I have 4500 records in share point with 80 Columns . Every step per your video is working perfectly but the add the row into table step alone is failing as runtime error . I even turned on the concurrency control to on and
ОтветитьHi Reza, I am trying to create Power Automate cloud flow for update the excel file from outlook to my existing file. The purpose is to keep the history.

ОтветитьHi Raj I had share point list more than 70column I need to export all those columns to. Excel is their any way to export without using select function in power automate
ОтветитьThank you for the video, i have one question. in the excel attached in the email i get one row all the time, even if there are more rows in de sharepoint list. How do i set the number of rows?
ОтветитьIs delay of 1 minute is sufficient for large data also?
ОтветитьThis instructions are amazing. I found one tweak though. It’s not mandatory to provide the accurate range during create table step. Even if I create table with 2 columns only, the header names will be populated as a table only
ОтветитьNice video Resa, How can I send (outlook) a filtered sharepointlist for each contractor as a Excel to evaluate every record (protected ID field) added with a required field 'extend to date? or end', and update the sharepointlist accordingly when received in outlook? External people don't have access to SP365. Automation to Forms would be better but isn't possible yet.;-)
ОтветитьHi..Thank you for the video. It was really helpful. One question- Can we run the flow automatically at the end of the month?
Ответитьi have error 'No table was found with the name', how to solve this error?
ОтветитьIs there a way to import 5000+ rows into a Excel file without using "Apply for each" control
ОтветитьHi Reza, thank you for this video. It was just about perfect for my project I was working on. I do have a question for you (or anyone else who has solved this): When the data is brought into the newly created Excel file (based on the template I have), it formats the Excel table with the default formatting. This does not look good or even fit with the rest of the template I have created. Is there a way of either a) pre-formatting an Excel table and inserting my data into that table, or b) formatting the table as it gets created inside my file? Thank you!
ОтветитьHello! Is this tutorial useful to extrapolate to a "post a choice of options as flow bot" response data?
What I mean is: I want to send a "choice of options as flow bot" to multiple users, the end-users will respond either yes or no and add a comment, when they click the option and send the response, their choice of options plus comment will show in the output data of the flow, so my question is, is there a way to create a next step or manually extracting that data of the end-users to an excel sheet or a database within Power Automate?
IMy traget should be, when somebody change a specific value, this item or row have to export in a csv file. How can i realize such a flow?
ОтветитьHello, One Question, how can i export one single elemnt from my sharepoint list to a file.csv?
ОтветитьHi Reza, Can we also do this for a document library? I am trying to mimic the export to excel function using power automate for a document library. I am not sure which connector to use as Get items only works for Lists. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
ОтветитьDo you do consultations online that you can be paid for? I am needing some help with a Excel spreadsheet and uploading attachments directly to it. Thank you
ОтветитьHey Reza, fantastic video. Great work!
ОтветитьThe request is forbidden by Graph API :(
ОтветитьThanks! Any solution for the "A value must be provided for item." error? I see a lot of commenters (myself included) are experiencing this
ОтветитьFinally found this AMAZING video! I haven't found anyone else that address the creation of an Excel file from scratch as you have. THANK YOU! This is going to save me hours and hours!
ОтветитьThis might be what I'm looking for. Question, if you update that Sharepoint list of items, does it create an entirely new worksheet with all the updated information? Or does it tag on additional rows to the current existing worksheet? Also, when I clear the list of items on SP, will it clear what's on the excel worksheet? Or does the excel worksheet retain the info, and all new items being added to SP will carry on adding to excel?
My SP list hits the 5000 limit every 3-4 days, so I'm continuously archiving it. Trying to get it more automated so it can just go to this excel spreadsheet and setup SP to clear this folder once every 2 days essentially.
Hi sir GE, can we use that newly created excel file in one drive for multiple SP lists to export into excel
ОтветитьThanks Reza for the extremely useful video,
I am trying to get the dropdown values of dataverse column,
But getting the values of it, instead of text in excel file,
Can you please suggest what action needs to be done to get dropdown text, instead of values?
Hi sir, getting error in add a row into a table i.e A value must be provided for item can you please tell any suggestion to fix this please.
ОтветитьHey guys! In the "Create Table" connector I had a format issue. I solved it by changing the Table range from A1:E1 to Sheet!A1:E1. Hope it helps!
Ответитьthank you sir bravo
ОтветитьThank you for this video! After many trial and error, I was able to automate a queried dataset and export to Excel with your steps. However, I noticed the leading zeros disappear which was the reason for the export to Excel vs CSV. Do you know how the leading zeros can be retained? The queried data has leading zeros as a text format. Many thanks.
ОтветитьWhat if the rows are very huge??
ОтветитьHi Reza, Could you please help me out exporting the excel sheet from Model Driven App to a pre-existing excel Using Power Automate?
ОтветитьThank you Reza for the video, Im facing a problem while creating table (Action 'Create_table' failed). Power Automate im using generic ID, in generic is working fine but when the other user is trying to trigger the flow it is failing with the below error. Can you please help.
