When I keep my shoulder blades back and down I lift less but when I do it normally with my back and everything chillin I lift more weight

This was one of the first videos I ever watched when I finally started doing my own research and it helped me so much.
Unfortunately I’ve moved passed doing benchpress and now only have incline smith as my barbell movement, but it’s crazy how far I’ve come and how you were the first person to help me out!
Now I’m working towards doing that same thing for other people and my dreams are starting to come to fruition and I thank you for that!
I've been doing bench presses wrong for this whole year... I did this today and actually felt it use my chest. I was so frustrated that only the very top of my chest had been getting any definition.

Wow! I can actually feel muscle fatigue in my chest after doing this and more easily got through my set.

For heavy weight I get more strength this way shoulders slight 30 degree flair on the shoulders
