ОтветитьDear women, please be strong during „the red days“. The weight may get up for 10 days, you should not be frustrated, just keep going. If you have a diary, you will see that it goes down again afterwards and if you have been strong, it’s even less than before. If you haven’t been strong, because you craved for some treats, please be nice to yourself, we are not only human but women!! Our body is so special, so are our hormones.

Ответитьwhen I gained weight, i didn’t realize it at the beginning, because muscles (with more weight) vanished and have beed exchanged with fat (which is lighter in weight). So for a while I felt good until my clothes showed me the truth. They shrank 😂😂😂😂

ОтветитьYou sound like me. I have high blood pressure and have since 6 years ago. Recently, I started having pretty bad knee pain, my sciatic never was a wreck. I had plantar fasciitis, my feet had constant sharp pains. The last straw for me was I went to dr and he said in no other terms “you’re fat”. And idk, it hit me so hard. Like I knew I was, I knew I wasn’t healthy but it hit me like a ton of bricks. I’m nearly 2 months in and have lost 10.4 pounds. Your video is so accurate and exactly how I feel.

ОтветитьYour goal is to maintain 170-174.9 you can eat whatever you want inside that limit. To get there cut out sugar, eat healthier and start walking moderate speed 8000+ steps at least five days per week. Do your research on when to walk, like after meals. Eat it, burn it.

ОтветитьThat last point is so true. I'm only 5'4", but apparently have a heavy frame. So 150 is a really healthy weight for me. 145 (the very edge of the bmi "overweight" toward normal range for my height) is too hard to maintain and it's REALLY thin on me. It's a very lean size 4 but according to bmi it's almost "overweight". The numbers don't matter, it's how you feel.
