ОтветитьThis was super helpful. I tap when I have anxiety, but I've only done just above the knee. I didn't know there were other spots. Just above the knee has a major effect on me and I can do it with one hand while I'm driving or even in a meeting under the table if you really need to and are subtle...just sayin

ОтветитьI bought a book and started to tap to overcome financial struggle. My conscious mind always tells me as I accepted and love myself. To my surprise, My voice came out on and off. Sometimes, even if my mouth has movement, I got mute. NO SOUND COMES OUT. Is that mean things are not going to change? It happens repeatedly. Please, help.

ОтветитьHuge fan of tapping and do so routinely but I think the "give it a number from 1 to 10" is distracting and ultimately counter productive. Trying to measure your level of stress or anxiety is stressful in itself.
