Oh my. Getting flash backs of being a kid and running round barefoot and getting a whole mess of sandburrs stuck in my foot.
The little neighbor boy actually found me crying because I couldn't pull them out and he gave me a piggy back ride all the way to his house (it was closer)and his mother pulling them all out.
Then a year later I ended up repaying the favor when he stepped on a nail and it wentvall the way through his shoe and out the top😮!
I got to go to the ER with them as i was there being watched while my grandmother was at the flea market.
He got a tetanus shot and a big old bandage and we both got root beer floats at the a & w drive in.
I haven't seen Little Kenny in 53 years. I wonder if he even remembers we were only 7 .
