ОтветитьI see my what I believe is my mistake. The oil was not hot enough so the fish skin stuck to the bottom of the pan when I tried to lift it up. The fish did not look appetizing when I was done. Sigh. Is that the reason for sure?

ОтветитьVery similar to how it's done in latinamerica. Normally no soy sauce, just the lime squeezed over the fish.
ОтветитьP.S. DONT ADD SALT IN THE HOT OIL, IT'LL LITERALLY STICK ONTO YOUR FISH. Tried cooking earlier and had the opposite result
