I’m 60 and been depressed my entire life now… lately .. I’m having trouble thinking. Can’t even organize what I’m going to do in a day. Not sure how I function in a professional high stress job. One of the problems with NAC, is that it can easily be pulled off the shelves. Amazon didnt sell it for years, and now it has only recently been allowed to sell it. Any product that delivers Cysteine to the Cell and directly to the Mitochondria is to be applauded. Keeping your Glutathione levels high is so important. I get mine tested regularly and it's usually around 350-400 umol. I dont take NAC, I take Cellgevity. It encases Cysteine in Ribose allowing it to pass safely through the stomach acids. It has received a patent for this. Patent number Patent #8,501,700. Cellgevity is deemed to be 300% more effective than NAC. Btw if you keep your Glutathione levels up, you will severely restrict your body making Uric Acid and so eliminate Gout.

My best friend is that way. She has taken every vaxx and booster there is, but will warn people about taking too much vitamin D or vitamin C.🤦🏻‍♀️ I didn’t take any of the jabs and never got Covid. She has taken them all and still got horribly sick this past spring with Covid. I am 68 years old, 8 years older than her. At the start of the pandemic, I increased my vit D3+K2 intake. I built up my arsenal of vitamins and supplements in case I got Covid. I even bought a nebulizer, which is good to have anyway for other illnesses. Though I do not agree with how my friend thinks nothing of getting injected with any vaccine that comes along, I do respect her right to bodily autonomy. Nice video, and I have the information that NAC needs Glycine to produce Glutathione! The bioavailability of NAC is low! Otherwise, I can confirm that NAC is effective, and I don't have any side effects!
