ОтветитьI.did it! Tip: you need to study the moves form reverse wheel one by one reversing and repeating several times. Then try each step several times and it comes out! Reverse wheel!

ОтветитьI’ve just completed day 3 (started the journey a little late) and I’m smiling ear to ear!! I haven’t attempted the wheel in years…this routine was brilliant and allowed me to feel properly warmed up and capable to try without fear of injury. And I did it!!! Not for five breathes, yet, but I’ll be doing this one again and again!! Thank you so much for this, Charlie! 💕

ОтветитьWow! Thank you for your time and energy Charlie! I've never done a back end before and was a bit hesitant if I could do this video. I had to watch the back end instructions a few times but I got it! I loved that you progressed into this, gave instructions and made this accessible for all levels. I was feeling low and wasn't going to do any workout but this 30day challenge has given me some motivation and I feel so accomplished and just good after this flow. Thank you!!!!

Enjoying doing these classes on the days I'm not in the studio, you have a real clarity about the way you break down the postures. Very grateful!

ОтветитьWhen I was a child it was so easy for me to do a backbend so it was interesting to rediscover what my body can do now at 31. I had to use a lot of the modifications that you gave but at the same time I was surprised at what my body can do. I'm excited to build my strength but also find the confidence as an adult to be able to do the different asana. Another wonderful class, Charlie!

Fantastic sequencing Charlie 🎉 I’ve not seen this much thought - prep - put into wheel pose b4 so big Tx for that. Made me realise how stiff my spine has become .. but it’ll get there!

ОтветитьFound today more challenging than previous videos, perhaps as I am a little tired so I chose some of the regressed versions, still felt amazing and will repeat this perhaps at the end of the challenge to see if I've improved! Thank you :)
