The trial is in Dec 24. Daniel Graham, 38, and Adam Carruthers, 31, are accused of causing £622,191 damage to the tree at Sycamore Gap in Northumberland. One hopes that they are at least made to pay for the notional monetary cost of the damage over their lifetimes if found guilty.
