Hi there! I just wanted to say that religious or not, you are AMAZING and loved by God a lot! In fact, he loved you SO much that he sent his son, Jesus, to die on a cross. Whoever believes in him shall have eternal life. Here is a verse:

"We're not talking about magic here" - this really got me. I used to think that reading the Bible and having a relationship with God meant that a lot of crazy big things were gonna happen all at once and I was gonna get goosebumps, etc., and so I always felt like I didn't believe enough or I just couldn't get close enough to God because none of these happened. And by expecting that I missed the actual miracles, the actual blessings God was giving me.

one thing that i would do sometimes is ask God to show me something specific that i needed in his word. then, i would flip around in the pages and stop somewhere random and start reading. and a lot of times, it actually showed me something i needed. i just realized it’s because of going EXPECTING something.

i started reading the bible on may 27 2022 at 12 years old and before it i followed teachings Gabe, Billy Graham, Alex Wilson, bible talk and so many others i trusted them the most to teach me the word of God and when i started reading it i knew almost all of them instantly this shows that just hearing the word of you could learn a hole differant thing, lets say i here a teaching about one thing but i start to understand the other just from coming in contact with Gods word
