If you want a easy time against the Predator Strain! Here is my Go-To Loadout.

I ran a similar loadout, and did really enjoy it. I’m also enjoying the pacifier. I know it’s got low magazines and low bullet damage, but the stun is very handy. Ran a duo with my buddy, where I brought gas dog and he brought laser cannon (and we each called down both things for each other as well) and that worked really well. LC with the fire buff does surprisingly well against the predators. Takes the stalkers down really fast, and we took down several bile titans by focus blasting them together haha

How do you deal with Stalkers that sneak up close behind you? I’ve found ARs don’t have enough dps, and explosive weapons will just kill you from the blowback.

Glad to see people turning around on the pacifier. It’s a really good crowd sweep kinda gun if you need to get a horde off your back, and siege ready helps with its ammo situation. Would be cool if you could maybe unlock mags like a 50 or 60 round drum.

Why the pacifier over the cookout?

If I switch the pacifier for the tenderizer, how much would this compromise the build? I assume stalkers would be a bit harder to deal with if they get the jump in you but idk what else

I love the Hover pack with Predator Strain. Being able to just nope out if you get surrounded is so helpful and it can give you a vantage to spot patrols, outposts, and objectives if the map is concealed.

EMS/HE Mortar Sentries or Orbital/Eagle guided/rocket strategems of choice.

This is a horrendous set cluster bomb is great when the horde moves around at the same speed as you so can drop it at your feet and die

Great video and loadout. With the Supply Pack I like to go with the Reinforced Epaulets armor passive. Same reload, minor survivability buff, and MAJOR drip boost.

My go to build for Predator Strain right now is pretty similar to this: Breaker Incendiary/MP-98 Knight/Pacifier, Ultimatum, Pyrotech, Siege Ready/Reinforced Epaulettes armour, Quasar, Supply Pack, Orbital Gas Strike, and then the last stratagem is flexible.

This is a really fun build for me. The Breaker Incendiary is really fun and powerful for clearing crowds; the MP-98 Knight is amazing once you've got it to level 22 which makes it a primary Stalwart with terrifying accuracy and surprising crowd clear potential; or the Pacifier for the crowd control for light and medium enemies. Ultimatum is a great heavy solution ensuring Chargers and Impalers are kept under control when there's more than the Quasar can handle. Pyrotech grenades are great for bug breachs/swarm control also since you get 6 grenades they're perfect for taking out bug nests. Siege Ready/Reinforced Epaulettes armour take the Breaker Incendiary/MP-98 Knight/Pacifier to another level with a crazy fast reload and extra survivabilty/extra ammo depending. Quasar for Bile Titans primarily to handle what the Ultimatum has a harder time with as the Ultimatum is better for small heavies. Supply Pack to keep everything topped up as this is a build capable of soloing so you'll be running out of everything at an even-ish rate. Orbital Gas Strike for crowd control of bug breaches, bug nests, swarms, etc. And the last is flexible for however I feel at the time.

Edit* One thing I hope for is they buff the Pacifier and give it magazine customization. I like everything about it except that. If it could have a smaller magazine for lighting fast reloads or a drum mag for mag dumping crowds it'd be awesome. Not having magazine customization just hurts it significantly. Basically every primary should have magazine customization imo other than certain ones that make sense. Like the Eruptor and shotguns make sense not having it but everything else though should have it.

Primary: Eruptor
Support Weapon: Stelwart
Secondary: The anti-tank one (don't remember the name) or your choice
Grenades: Termites anti-tank
Stratagems: Naplam for bug breaches and Guard dog breath, poison is awesome against bugs, especially against predator variant, for the last spot, a sentry or another barage

Dude, your build slaps harder with an even better AR such as the Lib Penetrate or the Lib Carbine or better yet the Reprimand.

My usual for predators is Cookout/Breaker Incendiary, either big stagger or just dumping DPS their way. Supply backpack fixes their ammo issues (Alta V is 50% predators by volume). Grenade launcher for groups and bug holes. It's fantastic against everything but Bile Titans, which I usually leave to my teammates or give up a CC slot to take AT.
If the team can handle the endless horde of predators, I may switch to Crossbow (Eruptor beloved, but it's a little too slow) to have more AT for titans, but that usually necessitates taking something like the Verdict to get the random pest nibbling my ankles.

Where can I find more info on that extra ap 7 bomb included in the eagle airstrike? Is that a result of buying the "XXL Weapons Bay" or some other upgrade?

There's a bomb in the middle of the cluster bomb with a ship upgrade?

I've always favored the gas minefield because I rock the gas armor. You throw it near the bug breach (not on because your team mates will blow them up with their stratagems), and then if the situation becomes overwhelming, you retrieve to your minefield where you're safe as you watch your teammates screaming and being swarmed.

The pray and spray and siege ready combo i have found to be great versus predator swarm.
