I would like to remind you about the anime "SAINT SEIYA" and the swan knight Hyoga and his attack "Diamond Dust".

Based on the list its kinda hard but I would still put puck in first based on him just standing there. And since the initial reveal and follow-up resets was just as devastating + what we learn about puck in general. But I can see why its arguable for the other 2 to be up there since aokiji seemingly wasn't trying and that esdeath literally freezes time which is wild.

You left out captain Hitsugaya from Bleach, another famous ice-based user in the anime. In the manga his complete bankai transforms him into an adult form. Rukiya Kuchiki also unlocks the coldest bankai in anime, capable of going to absolute zero temperatures to subdue her enemies.

Aokigi frezing a wave twice the size of any island during war of the best? Aokigi literally changing the entire landscape of the battle during the war of the best? I mean.. even if it was implied, ao changing the environ permanently (punk hazard)

Vinii I know you probably never heard of this anime but Flame of Recca had one of the best ice users even though the show was HIGHLY underrated. Tokiya Mikagami was one of the best in my opinion.

I know of one. In 'Date A Live' season 3, the main character Shido needed some help to contain Devil Origami so that he could seal her powers. That help came by from several of the Spirits, including the adorable ice user Yoshino AKA Hermit. We were introduced to Yoshino early in season 1, but she was this timid and nonconfrontational character until we get to this scene in season 3. At one point, Yoshino decides to use her ultimate form Shiryon and freeze Devil Origami in place. It was the first time we see this timid and nonconfrontational character become a badass. Even though she isn't always a badass, when Yoshino becomes one, she's the cutest.

Thank you so much for giving Shaman King some visibility. Horohoro is my fav character right behind Yoh.

To know how powerful Invel's ice, He can frozed the entire Fiore Kingdom which has the size of a small continent or similar to the likes of Europe and he it in an instant. Invel's underworld ice can also freeze anything it touches but Gray able to absorbed it.

I feel like this list needs some Kall-Su from Bastard!!: Heavy Metal Dark Fantasy on this list. I mean, Netflix did pick up the reboot net-animation last year, so it's even a relatively recent series. Dude's the son of an ice dragon, and literally has a personal spell that can freeze an entire village solid in an instant!
