Ответить“What in the world just happened to us?” SUMMER TIME FINE happened to us! 😎💪So pumped! I rowed 20 lb dumbbells and did 15 lb chest flies for all three rounds for the first time! Thanks for pushing us, Sydney! We are seeing the strength gains!
