Maybe wake up and sleep at normal times but do allow yourself naps if needed. Sleep is how our bodies heal and recharge...we are taught sleep is bad...but I think it is super healthy. We think that it is a "sign of depression" but maybe it is a tool that our bodies are using to heal and reset our brains naturally.
ОтветитьDefinitely keep your wake up and go to bed times. I've been out of work for 3 months and now my times are completely off. It really messes up every schedule throughout the day. You can take some downtime after you work out if you need to. Best of life , looking great.
