Hello sister I am from Tinsukia I run a business the shop is on rent owner is Tinsukia Development Corporation (TDC)
They take rent and gives slip where it is written :

Renting of Immovable property
+ Renting of Immovable property (service)
+ SGST 9%
+ CGST 9%
Total they takes from us
So , my question is I am not GST registered
Till this month TDC has taken 18% GST is this wrong or not ??
Also I want to know that again my rent will increase ??
