I've never disliked her videos before because I am a big fan of her spin vids and have been doing them for years. BUT, I was not a fan of this one. Without the time to catch my breath, I felt like I couldn't push myself as hard. And the fact that her entire class wasn't keeping up with her pace at the end tells me they felt the same too. Maybe some folks like that, but I would prefer to take 10 seconds I'm between transitions to Amp myself up for the next one to keep my energy up and push myself even harder. Also, 6 minutes of megan Trainor is too many minutes.

Loves the workout itself, but where’s the warm up?? Was discouraged early because it went straight to the workout without warm up. At least say it in the beginning that warm up should wrest have been done!

I do this class everyday at my gym in Brazil. We have the bike but they don’t have the class. This experience with that teacher and class is amazing. After 10 min I start melting.. water drops everywhere! Thank you! You are amazing!
