This is huge!!!

this a very bad lock, yes try calling them no answer this a XXXXXX company and the worst lock nevr on the market, worst now my key is stock direct in the lock, unable to take it out, garbage lock .... i have 3 of them, i cannot lock my doors any more, bull s..............

I find it stupid. How hard for robbers to easily break in without having to break in because they use this re-key thing.

You have it wrong ,it’s 90 degrees clockwise and then 180 degrees anti clockwise

Remove this from your account it’s not correct for this lock, or redo this video.

My lock appears to be the mirror opposite of what's shown in your video, that is the smart key slot is on the other sider of the keyhole. Does that mean I should reverse the instructions - instead of CCW go CW, etc? Maybe you have another video for my lockset?
