That Hendrix guitar is the reason that rick stopped dealing with Cow-Town guitars…..

The guy with Hendrix's guitar was an A game player. Didn't back off his reasonable valuation because he didn't need to.
The expert was so put off by this guitar he didn't even try to play his best. Neither would I. Not on that axe. Page's #1 i would do my best. Not a Hendrix axe.
Rick most definitely regretted not offering $700,000. It would have been a win.
