ОтветитьThis might be the best 30mins exercise on you tube, creeps up on you it does, eases you in gently and by the end you are drowning in sweat. Not the intensity of HIIT, but HIIT is not for me. Great cardio and great all over stretches for flexibility along the way. Great exercise for a 54yo to complement running and inline skating. Top work fitness blender, been on board for many years.

At present, I can do 30 sec plank, 8 burpees and zero full pushups while keeping a proper form.
Goal : 3 min plank, 20 burpees and 5 full pushups.
Goal weight : 55kgs
Judgement day : 2 Sept 2024 (My Birthday)
I have shedded kilos before with your help and I’m motivated to do it again. Please keep me accountable guys!

Ответить4 years ago I lost 50 pounds with a combination of fitness blender and running.
After a major depression 2 years back I find myself back at my original weight, with extra 20 pounds to shed.
This routine used to be my favorite. I’d skip the water break, make the rest periods super hard.
No I’m having to pause between each element.
It makes me sad and at the same time I just know how easy it’s going to get, and it motivates me
2024 still here. Thank you fitness blender 💕

For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
On my name I also try to give people a bit of motivation to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.
