the fact they fall down for no reason more than 50% of the time is extremely telling of this art.
ОтветитьOne of the best to ever walk this planet
ОтветитьI have only heard stories, dang
ОтветитьHe is truly a ninja without being a ninja.
ОтветитьI've only heard of him, but my son spoke highly of him
ОтветитьAnother bullshidoer
ОтветитьLove him as The Black Star Ninja. A badass villain.

ОтветитьThe head of the Okinawan Kobudo Doushi Rensei Kai, Hanshi Neil Stolsmark was Grandmaster Tadashi Yamashita's student. He frequently gave public demonstrations with him. One of the greatest people I know.
ОтветитьVery impressive.
ОтветитьSome limalama moves
ОтветитьYamashita🙏
ОтветитьWould love to possess his level of skills (been in arts since 1984) He’s amazing
ОтветитьI see elements of Kenpo and Okinawan Karate - good stuff! 👊🥋
ОтветитьTadashi was my dad's sensei, and I went to his classes for many years as a toddler. He was married to my 3rd cousin for a short period after being in the "American Ninja" film. He is an amazing human being!
ОтветитьA true living legend in his own right.🙏
ОтветитьChuck v. Tadashi........best fight ever
ОтветитьI studied with Sensei Tadashi Yamashita in California in 1970-71. He is a remarkable person. To be able to stand and have him kick on either side of my head without touching me was always a thrill. I was always calm, never frightened. I remember him fondly.
ОтветитьThank you for this upload! He is incredibly fast and his hand technique is very good. I got to know about him, because he was listed as one of the best Karatekas in the late 80's. Oss...
Ответитьレアなデモンストレートですね。
武道かとしての知名度は アメリカでは
非常に高かったと伺ってますね。
ヌンチャクをはじめ 武具の扱いにも

ОтветитьIn 1973, Master Yamashita (then "only" a 5th degree Black Belt) had a small dojo in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I took Shorin Ryu classes with him for a year, until he sold the dojo to two of his best students (both Black Belts) and went out to Hollywood where he made his mark in the movie business. That was 45+ years ago. He truly was the most remarkable man I ever knew; never, ever saw anyone with faster hands and feet before or since. It was an honor to study under him.
All love and respect to Master Yamashita.
This guy gave my father aswell as most of the older students at pro karate their blackbelt test, when i was around 10 yrs old my mother and i watched this man put my dad and a few other guys on their ass with a well placed front kick to the stomach, which they werw to recieve as a part of their test, its surreal to know that my father and i trained in same dojo with a man who worked with the world renowned tough guy chuck norris
ОтветитьHe possess great skills!
ОтветитьHe taught the man who taught my sensei
ОтветитьHe was in Grand Rapids Michigan prior to 1975. I was promoted to shodan under bill mattix that year, his senior student...well one of his senior students. Remember those years well. Ernie Lieb had him I suppose under contract then with the AKA, American karate association.. Those were happy years. :)
ОтветитьMy grandmaster, I'm so lucky to have a school in his name here✌
ОтветитьA boxer would beat him
ОтветитьAlot of this is staged. Notice the other guys aren't really fighting. I mean he is a gifted martial artist don't get me wrong.
ОтветитьWhat style is this
ОтветитьI trained with Tadashi Yamashita once, it was like getting hit by a bus a 1000 times. He gets in with everybody and is very hands on. I remember him being very funny too.
ОтветитьThank you Sensei
ОтветитьWho was the mysterious mullet man????
ОтветитьDamn never realized he was such a incredible martial artist! He was one badass guy!
ОтветитьThe black star ninja from American Ninja 2. Love this guy!
ОтветитьGracias por compartir nuestra Arte Marcial. De todo corazón gracias... Siempre. Lo pondré en practica en la escuela.
ОтветитьAwesome
