This reminds me of a similar incident in Oakland, Ca some months ago, a man was trying to steal a catalytic converter. He had the car jacked up. But somehow the jack failed, then the car fell on his chest, and crushed him. The owner came out for work and found the thief expired under the car....

The problem I see is what if they the criminals had guns and shot back ? In some countries the punishment is left to that community . What ever they want to do 😮
