ОтветитьI thought it was yoga when I tapped on the link and it was this video , I stuck with it as long as I could 25 minutes but gosh dang that was amazing you r such a great teacher!! I have a new goal and that is to finish this Pilates , workout with you , which I never thought I’d do I love yoga but this wow!! How often should I do this practice? Every day 3x aweek how often r the the other people watching this doing it?? Enquriing minds want to know 😆
