I Love the New Lighting Update in Phasmophobia - ALL MAPS New Lighting

What if each room had adequate functional lighting at the start of the map and while loading in the game would chose a percentage of the lights to blow out before the players get in. Procedural broken lights?

I see what you mean by the lighting. add more 14-2 wire to the new light. Continue the circuit a little further and add another light.

my school's Cafeteria was probably twice that size for 1,300 students

To be fair, it looks like there was some kind of riot in the prison. There is stuff just thrown all over the common areas. Maybe they cleared the place out after the riot?

They should update the lightning, maybe make a setting where you can have a flash like irl or the current fade in and out if you have a problem with flashing lights

An idea for the prison: Have it running on emergency lights instead of normal lights. Similar to lights that would be available after a power failure.

I think phasmophobia should have a setting where you can disable ghost so you could disable all ghost except like a spirit and you can practice there behaviour

I know u already did that but the next time when you do first phasmo version it would be cool to do a photo randomiser also turning off the greenscreen to see the background of your room aswell like in the old good days

Haven't played phasmo since 21' is it worth playing again? I found the old leveling system a bit boring

@Insym i think u should reshuffle the ghosts on the wheel every once in awhile bc the ghost variety on the wheel isnt very high u got 3 yureis/multiple of the same ghosts, etc.

I love how insym stays so professional about the recent unncecesary drama of the phasmo community, I don't want to bring up this dumb stuff to this amazing channel but I think it was worth it calling it out, thanks for keeping things cool :D

I got the Gold Apocalypse trophy yesterday! I hope they make new ways to challenge ourselves in the future. After the photo revamp id love it if a ghost photo was a requirement for perfect game

When guessing the pick-the-ghost ones correct:
Believer: -443.223
Doubter: 4.152.983

When guessing them wrong:
Believer: -5.500.000
Doubter: -903.797

With only the yes/no picks:
Believer: -4.250.000
Doubter: 346.206

Only the pick-the-ghost ones:
Right: 3.806.777
Wrong: -1.250.000

So overall, going Doubt is definitely the way to go, as long as there's only 1 Believer win max^^

Just started the video so don't know if this was said, but I wish that the eye adaptation took a while to adjust as it would then be more realistic. It usually takes a few minutes but I feel like that would be an interesting feature

The reason why the lighting is so good everywhere is because that’s when DK was Solo developer and CJ doesn’t know what you doing

When I turn on eye adaptation everything gets a red hue and it crashes my game lol but it looks good for you :')

Yeah, as someone who has taught in US schools... I have.... issues with the High School:

No admin department, absolutely wretched library, no nurse's station, no teacher's lounge... just so many problems.

Im very new to Phasmo with around 13 hours and wonder if anyone has any tips to turn down the constant anxiety i get playing this game? I really do enjoy it, but whether im alone or with a friend, i feel, this constant fear of getting hunted or spooked out of nowhere.

The lighting is overall better but the devs really need to work on more realistic lighting configurations. One example would be how they only placed a single light switch for the basement at the bottom of the stairs rather than a switch at both ends. Would a normal home owner want to go down a dark stairwell just to flip on the light switch? Answer: Nope.

Oh yeah the eye adaptation is cool! Sadly though it makes me dizzy (like mentally don’t worry) and kind of confused because it’s so strong. Had to turn it off since it bugged my eyes so much. Also I noticed my mouse lags a lot now sadly. Probably need to turn down the resolution and other settings but I feel like I didn’t have that problem before.

Beside that, lighting is nice! The complaint is mostly a personal thing.

The stuff you see is pretty but I still have a hard time seeing a lot of things.

Is it just me or did they make the skybox look worse? Now, it looks very pastel and oily, when before it was more sharp and detailed. My guess is they were trying to make it look softer but they went way too far and now it looks disgusting. The lighting is way better, but the skybox is horrendous.
