Hello everyone. Hello sensei

1. When choosing the Ichimoku settings you said that you playied with many but found that the defaults were the best. If different financial assets have variing cycles would it not be better adjust the 9 and 26 settings to match each cycle structure???
2. Except for currency pairs, bear markets fall faster than Bull markets go up. Does this difference require a different strategy for each direction???
