This is from 2001, I believe, because that's when the movie was released in theatres. (I'm Canadian BTW)

Lucky for Mike he can at least look through the Happy Meal toys in one day in Monster World, USA. In the late 90's and early 2000 the owners of Australia's McDonald's would only allow one type of toy in Happy Meals each week, depending on how fast toy type supplies lasted. They only sold a different toy with another if the last one sold out slower, or the current one sold out faster.

Mike took out Celia, he would definitely want that toy.
