I'm 5,6". No cancer in my family, some heart problems, but my grandparents lived to 94 and 96. My other grandparents are still alive at 79 and 84.

I saw an old man he must have been 7 ft+ if his neck and back was straight bc his shoulders where above my head and im 6'6, and i see alot of short old people daily but i barely even see 7 ft tall people so this is definitely not true

My grandpa is 1.85 and he is still going stron in his 80s

im 6'5 from Pakistan everyday i see an old guy aging 75 a legit 6'4 very tall like a slender man at mosque one day i asked him about his height age n how fit was he to able to walk five times to mosque from home he replied im about the same yours he told me he always adopted the rough n tough life from his childhood eating raw foods n he asked me how much weight i can carry on my shoulders i replied yeah in gym i can squat 300 pounds he replied at an age of 19 i was able to lift one big 132 kg potato bag on each shoulder like 600 pounds i was impressed i know his mind might be fooling him cause of his age but seriously whatever it is I've concluded the simple diet you keep simple lifestyle the more years you can grab in your pocket

Tall people had a lower bmi on average compared to shorter people, simply having to consume more food to become "obese", which means a reduced risk of heart disease 😂. So its not about the height, the weight is the main factor for heart problems.

my dads granpa was over 2 meters they dont know what exactly his height was because measurement device could measure only under 2 meters. he died at 90 from sleep apnea he didn't had any know issues with his health.
