Please ignore the dislikes and bad comments on the video. It takes real Gentlemen to have the courage to speak about this topic!
Ответитьquick tip for anyone who isn't interested in much (if any) coverage but struggles with oiliness: you can use finishing powder on it's own to get rid of any grease that develops throughout the day
blotting sheets are also effective but (in personal experience) are harder to find in stores and it can be a minor pain to try to take 1 thin, little sheet without pulling out 2-3 others
creates more waste too
there's also oil controling primers, though not sure how effective they are
Not for me. But if you enjoy it, knock yourself out.
ОтветитьWhen I was working in a corporate, conservative office, I wore concealer/foundation and translucent powder to hide any blemishes, irritation, or obvious rashes (I have rosacea and eczema). My goal was always just to push these things to the background so that they weren’t distracting. I wanted people to focus on what I was saying, not on how my skin looked. If you find yourself mentally distressed by a temporary issue like breakouts, take advantage of your resources! You deserve to feel confident and polished.
ОтветитьIf you use makeup brushes, KEEP THEM CLEAN!
ОтветитьWhen I didn’t have a beard id use concealer for red zits and stuff.
ОтветитьNot for me. I like men to be men and women to be women.
Ответитьneeds guyliner section
ОтветитьSephora is pretty inclusive, so I'd recommend going for a makeup consult. Also, I recommend double cleansing at night: use a cleansing balm or oil then wash with a soap free cleanser. Finish with moisturizer.
ОтветитьUnsubscribe.
Ответитьif you are a man and wear make up, you're not a man
ОтветитьCan you guys do a video on toxic masculinity? Because the comment section is just full of it
ОтветитьAlready seeing quite a sensitive response from some(like ratio), there's nothing wrong with letting your femine characteristics flourish. Even then makeup sometimes isn't even meant for women.
ОтветитьNow you've gone TOO FAR!! How to tie a bowtie, the right shoes to buy the correct hat...GREAT! Make up? Only if you're playing a part on stage or on TV! MAKE UP? ARE YOU GUYS running out of "good" ideas...it appears so! Come on...pug down the eyeliner and get real! 🤪
Ответитьwear what you want
ОтветитьI would be afraid of looking like Trump.
ОтветитьWhat you guys think about man painted nails, I think is cool but I got some rude comments
ОтветитьLove this topic!! Thanks, GG!!
ОтветитьWe want more menswear history!
ОтветитьMan I'm glad this channel is still around
ОтветитьOk this is where you need to stop.
ОтветитьAs someone who is quite unwell, makeup has been a blessing. It has been a little bit of a challenge trying to find resources for it, but nothing worth doing is ever easy.
Using makeup has made me feel better about myself and more comfortable in my own body and I don't even use it all the time. If you were someone like me who looked at comment sections like these, don't be discouraged and give it a few tries. Chin up, friend.
No.
ОтветитьJesus Christ what's with the dislikes? This is a genuinely good video.
ОтветитьMangina
ОтветитьIf other blokes want to wear makeup, that's up to them, but I hold to the philosophy that, if someone doesn't like the look of my face, they'll just have to look the other way, and let someone else suffer their scrutiny. As a general rule, I can't see my face, so I'm not the one who's going to have to suffer it.
ОтветитьWell... you guys had some good videos. Cheers.
ОтветитьGreat video. I use tinted moisturiser and occasionally eye liner for parties.
Finishing powder sounds useful, especially for photography and video making, will check it out
It's for women.
ОтветитьJojoba oil is the best way to remove makeup. It's also great when preparing to shave.
ОтветитьNo. I draw the line.
ОтветитьGG, you got me woke.
Ответитьshot answer: no
long answer: noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Other than for medical conditions... no, no no, no no no, no. No!
ОтветитьGentleman don’t wear makeup.
ОтветитьThank youuuu
ОтветитьYour skin is too flawless to wear makeup?????? 😬 but your skin is totally uneven and has a lot of pigmentation issues 🤷🏻♀️
ОтветитьI never considered "men's make-up" until -- when I turned 58 -- I was diagnosed with "roscea acne" which is really horrid. It's incurable and is unsightly. The only choice is to look like you're deathly sick or wear some light make-up to dull the redness associated with it. I hate it but I do it as the only choice.
ОтветитьYes, its my way of expression
ОтветитьI feel like constantly rubbing chemicals onto your face probably isn't making your skin any better.
ОтветитьI have had permanent make-up done. I've done microblading on my eyebrows. It seems when guys age. They get course or thicker strains of eyebrow hair. With alot of the undertone hair not showing up or falling out with age. As a tattoo that resembles an evenness in eyebrow hair strains. You don't look like a UFO face in pictures or when wearing a baseball cap. It's permanent. So you could sweat or take showers without a dripping look.
ОтветитьSo.... he's saying not to wear make-up....?
Ответитьi only use lipstick, white powder and a rainbow colored wig for my ideal look
🤡
Maybe unusually I did expressive makeup before corrective makeup but I'm interested in doing corrective makeup.
ОтветитьHmmm. This is where I outright decline any advice given here. Love the rest of the content though!
ОтветитьI have a personal theory that one reason men seem to age better is because they DON'T wear make-up.
ОтветитьYo creo que para los que tenemos lunares, granos, etc, si es buena idea.
