INGREDIENTS
PESHAWARI KEHWA :
1. Water 2cups
2. Ginger 1tbsp
3. Raw turmeric 1
4. Cinnamon stick 1
5. Green cardamom 3-4
6. Black pepper 4-5
7. Long 4-5
8. Ajwain 1/3 tsp
9. Kalongi pinch
10. Honey or sugar to taste
KASHMIRI KEHWA :
1. WATER 2CUPS
2. Green cardamom4-5
3. Cinnamon stick 1
4. Jaggery or sugar 2.5 tsp
5. Zaffran pinch
6. Almonds 2tsp
7. Green tea leaves 2tsp
----RECIPE----
PESHAWARI KEHWA :
in a pan add water and bring it to boil and then add all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes and server with sugar or honey (optional).
KASHMIRI KEHWA :
In a pan add water bring it to boil and add cardamom and cinnamon and cook for 2 to3 minutes and add all the ingredients and cook on medium -low flame . Turn off the flame and add green twa leaves and cover the lid for 2 minutes and serve.
