i have an issue with an app, when i uninstall it, it is removed from my phone but it comes again when the phone restarts.

The apps I wanted to uninstall don't show up there. The only way to really do it is to root the phone I guess. That really sucks because I have no room on my phone and it's all the stuff that they put on here that's causing the issue.
