Managing Packages with RPM | Into the Terminal 33

Hi , trying to install python38 on rhel7, default is python27. I only know solution, installation of rh-python38 and enable by scl. But i am not sure what is difference between python36 and rh-python36 which is coming from software collections. if you really same both rpms

rpm -qlc <package> very handy

It dawned on me after the episode that package developers would probably also lean heavily on rpm for debugging the packaged applications.
