Brilliant last 20 minutes from Cleary but unfortunately it reignited the over the top talk about his greatness? His missed tackles leading directly to tries is what he more than made up for. He is very close to being a better all round player than Cherry-Evans, not quite there yet 🧠

Don’t forget that Cleary was missing for 60 minutes and Penrith had no attack despite tons of opportunities. Not taking anything away from Cleary but sustained pressure created by the rest of his team allowed him to perform. Also Walsh with the defensive error was costly.

As a broncos supporter its so hard to wrap your head around what happened

Panther speed switched on at 3/4 mark, astonishing to watch. Some unforced errors during the momentum creating opportunities for playmaker Cleary nullifying the score gap to +2, incredulous, NRL entertainment gone crazy. Congrats to both teams making the GF2023.
