Top #5 Country Guitar Solos

Not the direction I thought this list was going. Was expecting solos from a singers song, not instrumentals, although I have the albums most of these are on! I could listen to Brent, Johnny, and Brad any time

They are all good... But Lee can move out from Country and play anything superbly, and also sings great

Truthfully, these guys nowadays just pluck notes up and down the scales at 100 miles an hour. This should be titled the "five guys with the fastest fingers". There is no melody to what they play, just plucking. This is not truly making music.

Most triplets running up and down a scale fast I’ve ever heard, when Roy nickel’s played it was something memorable nothing memorable about this.

Naw. Not even close, except maybe for Brad Paisley. These are just speed (noise) with no soul or feel. It’s not all about how fast you can play. These are terrible in my opinion.

Nothing not to like about Albert Lee's playing, but I never cared much for the way his usual guitar sounds. He sounds great on that Tele, though! Be Cool.

Why was every solo identical?

that ending from brent masons solo sounds fire, ive heard other great players doing something simular, that walking bass line through chord shapes back to the tonic, anyone any clue what chords those are?
