i dont belive this type of serices are around !! our emails are down from last two weeks and we are only geeting auto genrated emails ...we are loosing our customers due to this issue 2nd thing we are unable to change our MX records as the hosting provider is namecheap butt still no responce

The main problem with namecheap email is your email goes to spam. Also, their jellyfish ai misses a lot of spam.

I just launched a new site for content creators. I have my domain with NameCheap. I need an SMTP service to send emails from the domain. If I go with GSuite, will the new address be linked to my current personal Gmail? Would I make a new Gmail address? Or would there be no Gmail address attached?

I have started having problems with Namecheap and privateemail being blacklisted for spam. Makes me want to leave to a more reliable email host.

also, what do you think of Protonmail instead of gmail?

I'm looking to switch in the opposite direction. I've had google hosting my domain email since the beta of Google Apps for you Domain. Participation in that program was supposed to mean the service would be free forever. Well Google and I apparently have different definitions of the word forever because starting in July it won't be free anymore. Unfortunately because of the many years of free hosting I setup a few family members and friends with email accounts. So I need hosting for 10 - 12 people for as close to free as possible and Namecheap so far seems like the best options.

Google needs to offer another method for their 2 factor authentication other than the cell phone. The cell phone sim cards can swapped by hackers( currently an on going security issue in the world). That is the issue with Google 2 factor authentication. Google is still a good choice but probably more expensive than name cheap.

I left Namecheap, really bad, you can't have emails when buying the domain you don't have email hosting, you need to pay PER email. Is ridiculous.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the email username to be released from Namecheap? I want to migrate to gmail but it says my username is unavailable :(

Just signed up on NC from Godaddy and using it JUST for email, 2 accts. One thing I don't like right away is under the basic plan there is no availability to mark messages and spam and get them out of your mailbox.

I really appreciate this I am going to do this but wonder if you have a video to help move all the content in my private email over to Gsuite, I just find namecheap's private email clunky. Hard to tell what is saved and where and what isn't saved. The search function s poor!!!

question: I'm looking to have a business Email and my domain is registered with NameCheap. But I was taken a bit back when Namecheap only includes 1-5 mailboxes and the rest is paid. Are other email providers out there that includes in their pricing multiple mailboxes in their prices?

Security/privacy with Google? Every email scanned and stored. Private information sold to everyone for marketing/other purposes.. Every email directly copied to NSA data center in Utah. Plus you're supporting a fascistic ,Chicom approved, pro socialist, monopolistic, company with ZERO respect for peoples privacy. Protonmail gives you privacy and security , but not the 2 factor authentication from a desktop client.

namecheap is involved in terrilble frauds. The hosting is just a covered fraud operation beware...

well i will tell you something about g-suit i had my worst ever experience, my emails get locked because of the payment and i couldn't recover it even contacting google for that to pay any pending payment at least namecheap are available 24/7 and they are willing to help you unlike google so you should explain this as well if you are recommending using gsuit service.

Did you happen to get their premium dns? Or just regular? I saw some people recommend the premium dns

I came up with 2 solutions: blocking desktop clients completely or add the 2FA code, or whatever it is called, at the end of the password. For my 2nd solution, the password needs to be entered each time emails are downloaded to the machine.

Namecheap are fucking thieves, I live in UK and I have never visited namecheap before and I didn't made an account there, somehow they got my card details and took £13 pounds from me TWICE, I do not know how they did it but I saw black on white NAMECHEAP TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT
