I think I'll do it myself this week. I just got instructions from woodglut and I'm ready for it: D

Very beautiful board. I bought lumber today to make one, but am totally confused about how to cut them to put them together. I was all "look they're so pretty" instead of paying attention to the sizes. Anywho, your video is one of the more comprehensive ones I've seen. I'm hoping if I watch it a couple more times I'll figure it out. Thanks!

This is exactly how I do my juice grooves too. Like you said, it makes the corners perfect because you can go all the way around without lifting and restarting. Only have to remove two sides of the jig and readjust to do a larger board.

Did you notice any bit burn during the routing? If so, how did you clean it up? Thats my worst enemy with cutting boards. Great video!

if you still have the off cuts of the glued up planks, you should use the square ends as the outside edges of a matching serving tray where the raw mismatched ends are facing each other. and then fill it with resin.

Great work! Did you have to wax the bessey clamps during the glueup? I usually have an issue with the glue getting stuck on those clamps if I don't protect it and it's tough to get off once it gets in the grooves.

Great video, Alex! That board is really, really pretty! Nice job. Too funny...I just put out a cutting board-related video a few days ago on my channel. It was just about my finishing process. You're right...raising the grain is a small step, but DEFINITELY worth it!
