Seven thumbs up
ОтветитьI have done very similar with woodglut designs.
ОтветитьI think I'll do it myself this week. I just got instructions from woodglut and I'm ready for it: D
ОтветитьWow, I'm just now finding this channel. Looking forward to seeing more!
ОтветитьToo pretty to use? Maybe. Either way, it looks great. Thanks
ОтветитьWoodprix is a solid company with solid woodworking plans.
ОтветитьMy husband uses these plans from Stodoys and is very happy with them. However. I love yours!
ОтветитьIf you want to know how to do it yourself, just look for Stodoys.
ОтветитьWoodprix is a good solution for every woodworker.
ОтветитьI did it myself. I used Woodglut woodworking plans for this.
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьWhat kind of oil did he said he used?
ОтветитьThere are many similar projects in Stodoys plans's plans.
ОтветитьIt's stunning!!! I agree with your wife lol I would just want to display it💚
ОтветитьBeautiful! Love the editing as well
ОтветитьGreat work. The two thumbs down joke got me to do a thumbs up and subscribe.
ОтветитьI made it about three weeks ago. On woodprix I learned a lot about it. Check it mates.
ОтветитьI was wondering how to make a jig for cutting that kind of groove around the perimeter of the board, thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьThat is art!...
ОтветитьVery beautiful board. I bought lumber today to make one, but am totally confused about how to cut them to put them together. I was all "look they're so pretty" instead of paying attention to the sizes. Anywho, your video is one of the more comprehensive ones I've seen. I'm hoping if I watch it a couple more times I'll figure it out. Thanks!
ОтветитьYour editing, Alex, is sublime. Great video and a fantastic result.
ОтветитьJust learnt why my cutting board has little raised ridges in it. Spray some water, thanks! Good thing I only gave some away, not sold them
Ответитьim sure you'll build it yourself. I made it 2 weeks ago thanks to woodprix website.
ОтветитьWow. That came out nice. Good work.
Ответитьbro, you have high range of lumber selection, that exotic wood is a myth in my place, i envy you and more videos pls XD
ОтветитьLooks great
ОтветитьVery useful video. Just wondering what the brand of card scraper you used.
ОтветитьGreat looking board! And great video editing as well!👍 It won't be long before I make my first cutting board out of a chunk of walnut I have. Can't wait to share the build. Keep the great videos coming!👏
ОтветитьThis is exactly how I do my juice grooves too. Like you said, it makes the corners perfect because you can go all the way around without lifting and restarting. Only have to remove two sides of the jig and readjust to do a larger board.
ОтветитьDid you notice any bit burn during the routing? If so, how did you clean it up? Thats my worst enemy with cutting boards. Great video!
ОтветитьWhat are the clamps that you use in your dog holes?
Ответитьif you still have the off cuts of the glued up planks, you should use the square ends as the outside edges of a matching serving tray where the raw mismatched ends are facing each other. and then fill it with resin.
ОтветитьAwesome video! I might make one myself now! Thanks!
ОтветитьAwesome!!
ОтветитьAwesome attention to detail. Both in editing and woodworking.
ОтветитьI love your videos
ОтветитьAwesome video Alex, thank you for sharing. I feel pretty inspired to try and make one now! 👍🏼🙏🏼
ОтветитьNice board Alex. Really enjoying the quality vids 👍🏻
ОтветитьI really like your work flow and thought process! Your description of the work and the tips you include are excellent. Keep it up dude! Oh and congrats on being a dad!
ОтветитьGreat work! Did you have to wax the bessey clamps during the glueup? I usually have an issue with the glue getting stuck on those clamps if I don't protect it and it's tough to get off once it gets in the grooves.
ОтветитьGreat video, Alex! That board is really, really pretty! Nice job. Too funny...I just put out a cutting board-related video a few days ago on my channel. It was just about my finishing process. You're right...raising the grain is a small step, but DEFINITELY worth it!
ОтветитьAnother great video and don’t blame your wife, def too good to use.
ОтветитьGreat job!
ОтветитьWow, what a beauty! I'm in...subscribed!
ОтветитьAnother great video Alex. Love that board. Nice tip there about wetting the board to re-sand. Something I forget to do a lot of the time.
ОтветитьAll around nice work, Alex! Nice cutting board, solid video.
ОтветитьGreat video man... Subbed!!
ОтветитьAwesome video! Really love the music choice. Do you regret cutting the bottom bevel before trying to secure the board in your jig for the juice groove? :)
ОтветитьReally nice, Alex! Great choice in woods and pattern and really great instructions on how to make one! Also really great advice on the double thumbs down tip...very few people know how it actually works haha!
ОтветитьI hit the thumbs up 3 times. That works, right? 😃
