that recording program you are talking about, did u only used this to learn Japanese? or did you do classis too or other stuff to speak that fluently?
Ответитьi like how some people say that you are very good at japanese!
My sister in law has lived in Japan over 40 years. She used to have people state "no speak English" after she'd spoken to them in fluent Japanese, simply because, back then, they didn't believe Westerners could learn Japanese.
I live in north India, and unfortunately I don’t get such a wonderful reaction even though I speak perfect Hindi. Then again, maybe it’s because I am Indian.
It is so lovely to see how the kids respect elders, calling them "auntie" and "uncle".
Ответитьquite a poor video, very little or nothing to look how Japanese people react to foreigners
Why you closing your mouth with your hand often?
I work for a Japanese company who setup a branch office in our country. Our Japanese boss has the same mindset. He took the time to learn the langauge and culture that he's practically one of us now. He's a cool boss.
Nice
How did you learn Japanese? I have been into the Japanese culture for years now and have learnt a small amount of the language. I want to be fluent however I don’t know where to start. Any tips?
Do you think gender plays a role in how people react to someone? 🤔I feel that there is a gender barrier in the continent of Asia, be it East ot South or West, due to strong effects of elements like Culture, Religion and Society.
Based on my observations, Gender also seems to affect the friendliness or politeness of conversations.
I just got back from Japan and had a ton of great interactions with the locals. My Japanese is a hand full of words at most but locals tried many times to practice English so I got to have some fun conversations. If your the legal age to drink, small bars are a great way to meet locals that are willing to chat.
Ответитьat last the true warrior has meet fatality….
Ответитьstep 1 be a good looking chick
Yep japs have a strong reputation of being racist, i haven't a slightest desire to visit there on my own dime. Chinese may not be racist but theirs is a bad country for many other reasons
Definitely speaking the language breaks the main barrier to communication in MOST cultures, especially, Old World cultures that have existed before mass migration of the recent centuries. However, Japan is one of the few places you can be BORN but NEVER seen as Japanese, as 'one of us' because of your genetics. It is therefore deeply, deeply xenophobic. That doesn't mean a 'hate' of foreigners, but it technically certainly means 'a fear' or a deep 'othering' of all foreigners.
Foreigners are perceived as quite interesting in Japan but very scary at the same time" That Is very true! As someone who wears modest religious clothes I experience a mixture of more Japanese people finding me scary then when I talk to them they're very interested
I knew only a handful of words and phrases when I went to Japan, and I mostly didn't find the Japanese people cold or reserved. Having traveled/lived in other countries, I already knew what the best words to learn were, and that was more than enough to get me by. I was also already experienced at observing people and doing my best to follow local customs.
Good job
Ответитьgo jasmine: girl with a fk katana
I was really nervous because I've been wanting to visit Japan for years now but have heard a lot of things about how foreigners scare them a bit and how people have had negative experiences most of the time, which has really put me off the idea but after seeing this I've decided that it doesn't matter and that I should go to Japan anyway and get out of my comfort zone٩(●˙▿˙●)۶…⋆ฺ
This is so shallow, you are making the Japanese out to be racist, they just are surprised at your command of their language. Is this all you have to say about yourself and them. Is there nothing more to them or you than this. Please concentrate on something more interesting.
So cute.
The video is mainly cool but I find scary "playing" with a sword and kids, even if it is not a real sword
Even if it's an imitation sword, you shouldn't swing it around in parks or schools.
It might be against the law to carry an imitation sword that looks like a Japanese sword in the street, so it's better to take pictures in a private space.
Amazing, and you produce this all on your own too?! 👏🏻🙌🏼
Beautiful culture. Love the Komodo’s too (do I have that right? The colorful silk attire?)
My brother is currently in the U.S. Navy born American and European decent and also currently stationed in Japan and he is about 6'3" tall and he is a Japanese girl magnet probably because of his southern accent

Ответитьuh....go up and talk to anyone if you speak Japanese and have lived in Asia for over 10 years. Whisper:.....( you might want to mention that...)
I thought it was illegal to carry a samurai sword in Japan that is cool to see
Once in a while qatar and japan is the future
