Ответитьyou didn’t even wash the chicken man
ОтветитьNot a wasted motion by a brilliant chef! ❤❤❤
Ответить23 minutes for a little chicken wings recipe?????
I hate to see this mofo explanation for a thanksgiving dinner
just made these wings for my group of friends and it went down an absolute treat. thank you
ОтветитьHOLD UP I JUST MADE THE RANCH RECIPE ON THE VIDEO AND IT IS AMAZING!! I’ve been making wings this way for the ease of cooking crispy wings in my oven but man, y’all sleeping on this man’s ranch recipe.
ОтветитьAlways in awe of your skills!
ОтветитьThe dog knows exactly when to show up to get fed. Smart doggy!
ОтветитьThe fiat is also white meat, it just has more skin and collagen than the drums.
ОтветитьHi kenzi. I can't wait to nake your crispy wings. I do have a question. I usually coat my wings with a spice rub prior to frying. Is it possible to coat the wings with the spice rub after drying overnight overnight with the viking powder method? The rub usually requires a 20 minute refrigeration prior to frying. Thank you and I love your video.
ОтветитьI want some ❤
ОтветитьDisgusting… you’d do better not wearing that head camera, showing your dirty house, and eating
Ответитьalmost 25 mins? no way
ОтветитьI love watching you cook! Please research your use of MSG, it causes migraines for many people and also heart a fib !
ОтветитьHellman's instead of using Duke's :(
Ответитьcollagen is renderable , elastin is the tough connective tissue, so I was taught.
Ответитьjust make the ranch bro holy fuck chill
ОтветитьNeed a therapist to translate this
ОтветитьI found someone else's take on these a few years ago, and what I do is after I coat them in sauce, I put them back in the oven for a bit. (I don't like overly saucy wings)
ОтветитьI've done these wings twice and I do get a good enough crisp to the wings, fall off the bone too. However, I'm not sure why the wings taste weird to me, almost soapy. Maybe it's the wings I bought? Or maybe the baking powder? I left them 24 hours to dry with the marinade in the fridge. Or maybe it's because I used BBQ instead of buffalo sauce? I'm not sure. I like the recipe but may be doing something wrong.
Ответить1 pound chicken =
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon corn stretch
wait 8-24 hours
450 degrees 20 minutes
I amso wanting a bite! Love that you shared with your furry babe! my dogs love them too! So awesome! I also love using franks and always add a bit of cayenne to make me smile!. I like the addition of garlic, never tried that! I am so Jelly! I love super crispy outside, soft and juicy inside. I am a new fan! I am also a utilizer of oven cooking. I have some of the new stuff, (air Fry and an insta pot). In 4 years I have used my air fryer 3 times and it was actually alright. I am terrified to test the instapot thing. I can handle the oven and love seeing it used to create amazing dishes. You get a 9.5/10 and because you gave your pup a bite a perfect 10!! =)
ОтветитьI love how your dog knows when the food is ready.
ОтветитьIsn’t crystal hot sauce not even really hot at all? Even if you use the whole bottle? But it’s 😎
ОтветитьYou’re cool.
I use MSG too.
How would you know the difference between air and water chilled????
ОтветитьHuge fan of your work on serious eats, it taught me how to cook! Just discovering your video content now, the headcam perspective is so great for really showing what's going on :O. I wanted to ask, what size saucier are you using making the buffalo sauce? I'm thinking of expanding my collection but unsure if I want a 20 or 22cm diameter one (I already own 18cm and 24cm)
ОтветитьGee the sauce took longer to prep
Ответитьwhat s the third flower?
ОтветитьJust something I do after I bake chicken wings or fish in the oven, I let them sit on the counter for a few minutes and then flip them over without losing any of the skins or crust. Love your recipe
Ответитьgoooood
Ответитьcould you do a video on chicken pieces baked with this technique (crispy), but with BBQ sauce. The recipes I have seen tend to have soggy, rubbery skin in spite of claims. Learned a lot from this video. Thank you!
ОтветитьOk, I'll use my language to communicate. 'The rise of the Skywalker' is when the girl comes into the scene. How can you not like her moves??
Ответитьthat dog is fed a bit too well, the recipe is perfect
ОтветитьTry adding baking powder to the corn starch and letting them rest in the fridge before frying.
ОтветитьToo many ego comments
ОтветитьShowing off to much ,comments distract so much and the essence of info became overlap by ego comments 😂
ОтветитьLate to the party, but I just made this tonight. Amazing results!
ОтветитьI love the fact that you’re legit barefoot. 😂 like, that’s some real deal home style cooking lol. Loved it man!
ОтветитьHey Kenji... Is there a reason why you did not wash and clean the chicken😊
ОтветитьCrystal hot sauce has the best flavor out of them all imo. NW Florida love
ОтветитьEwww...... you have the presence of mind to wash your hands but not their chicken. Just weird.
ОтветитьThese wings are also great tossed in an Alabama white bbq sauce!
Ответитьwhat is unmentionables salt ?
ОтветитьNice floor mat....
ОтветитьWasn't satisfied with the wings; could be my oven not calibrated, but the ranch and buffalo sauces were great! For the later, I used Harissa; it rocked!
ОтветитьThese are by far the best wings I had in many years. Thanks for sharing with us. I made them in hot air fryer25 minutes at 180 *Centigrade turning them over once midway.
ОтветитьGreat vid; I'm going to try it today. That said, tried a few times to make "oven fried" fries; no success. I'd like to see your take on that one Kenji.
